Our story

PK Homestead LLC was established in 2025, but a sourdough micro-bakery isn’t new around here. After a successful micro-bakery, Kayleigh and Phillip packed their bags for Colorado. It’s an honor to share our baked goods with our community in the Colorado Springs area.

We have a philosophy of balance—a balance of old techniques and new ones, of different ingredients and flavors, of passion and skill and of work life balance.
